Credit Healer Software uses Microsoft Word as its output interface. This means that everytime you hit the button "Generate Letter" or "Print Contract", Credit Healer ask Microsoft Word to open and display the document. Sometimes, and a very common issue with MS Word (Office), there are files from MS Office that eventually get corrupted and will interfere with the opening of MS Word to display the document. A simple solution for this is to re-install a fresh copy of MS Office. We receive tons of support e-mails of users with this issue and all of them have corrected the problem by re-installing any version of MS Office (2000, 2003, 2007).

Please make sure to un-install your copy of MS Office before you re-install it. You must have an installation CD for MS Office.
