I have lost my installation CD. How I may re-install my software again? PDF Print

If you have lost your installation CD, you still may get the software by dowloading the latest version from our download site. Just use your given SERIAL NUMBER to re-activate. Please notice that you will need to leave your license vacant before you re-activate it. In this case, e-mail customer support to get your license de-activated. You must include:

  • Your name (the one used originally to register/install)
  • Your serial number (sent to you via e-mail when purchased or inside the CD case)
  • Reason for re-activating (Help us to control license abuse)
